Human Resource

The management and development of Human Resources(HR) in an organization is vital and crucial as it focuses in improving the potentials of both the employees and the organization. In the Department of Education, data management has always been a challenge. One of the challenges include handling and sorting the massive data regarding the respective backgrounds, personal information, and other relevant records of each and every employee. With the aid of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), we are able to upload such information to a centralized and secured storage that is accessible online or via Internet. It offers a simplified and organized one-stop-shop for all employee information needed in completing the human resource core processes.

Access to HRIS

Before school personnel i.e. school head, teacher or administrative staff is allowed access to any of the application systems, his/her personnel record must first be created and then associated with his/her user account. The creation of a new personnel record can only be done by accessing the User Account Management System (UAMS) using a district supervisor, a district ict coordinator account or a division admin account.

Forgotten Passwords

For school personnel, request District Supervisor or designated District ICT Coordinator to reset password. For District Supervisor, District ICT Coordinator and Division Personnel, request Division IT Officer to reset password.
